Business Terms

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Image Vault, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

  1. Ownership of Content

All video assets on the platform are owned by Image Vault. Purchasing or downloading content grants you a license to use the content under specific conditions but does not transfer ownership.

 

  1. Usage Rights
  • Free Videos: Videos downloaded under the Free Plan are for social media commercials only. Attribution to Image Vault is required. Videos may not be resold, redistributed, or modified for resale purposes.
  • Premium Videos: Videos under the Premium Plan can be used commercially, including for advertising and marketing. Attribution is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Custom Video Services: AI-generated custom content with full ownership of the digital assets transferred to you. Once delivered, these videos become your exclusive proprietary content, granting you unrestricted rights to use them as you see fit.
  1. Restrictions

You may not:

    • Use the content for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
    • Modify videos in a way that misrepresents their original intent or creates harmful content.
    • Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or branding unless explicitly allowed under the plan.
  1. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical errors caused by Image Vault.

  1. Liability Disclaimer

Image Vault is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the misuse of its content.

 

  1. Termination

Image Vault reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, specifically the Commercial High Courts of Colombo or the relevant District Courts, depending on the nature and value of the dispute.
